Grieving the death of one of our community’s migrant farm workers
Niagara Community Legal Clinic is grieving the death in St. Catharines this week of one of our community’s migrant farm workers, who was killed in a collision with a car that also injured two other local migrant workers. We are continuing our efforts to provide our local migrant workers with access to justice, and thus with means by which to secure their constitutional rights to security of the person and to equality before the law.
